Job Overview

Geodesicx, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Database Management Analyst to provide comprehensive systems administration support for critical tasks in the Charleston, SC area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement system plans, deployments, and user acceptance testing to ensure seamless transitions from development to production.
  • Function as a systems administrator with a focus on back-end or infrastructure systems administration.
  • Provide support for IBM Rational and Jazz family of products, including Engineering Lifecycle Management, Engineering Workflow Management, and Engineering Test Management.
  • Support PTC's Windchill system and server maintenance, including technical service support and Windchill service desk support.
Requirements
  • CSWF Designation: IAT Level 2 Required
  • Deep knowledge and experience in database management and systems administration, particularly with IBM and Windchill products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in administering physical and virtual resources, including Web Servers, Application Servers, Database Servers, Authentication Servers, and License Servers.
  • Ten (10) years with a Master's degree and 14 years with a Bachelor's degree of professional experience administering, testing, and implementing computer databases.
Education and Security Clearance
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be able to hold and maintain a SECRET clearance
