JOB PURPOSE

The Client Relationship Specialist fosters connections with both new and existing clients of Burberry, delivering a bespoke and elevated experience that drives commercial success.

Reporting to store management, the Specialist will engage and inspire clients by showcasing enthusiasm for the brand, fashion, and luxury items.

As a professional in client engagement and service, the Specialist exhibits a profound understanding of styling and sales.


RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES AND SERVICE
Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets along with other commercial KPIs.

Utilizing storytelling and a passion for the brand, motivate our clients, cultivating desire and loyalty with each interaction.

Deliver a premium service while demonstrating expertise in products, fashion, and styling.

Guide the Client journey to enhance their experience in-store: Ensure a remarkable first impression; understand your client, be a product and styling authority, and finalize the sale to nurture the client relationship.

Be diligent in following up and providing after-sales services to our clients.

Contribute to the daily operations of the store by upholding high luxury standards in both customer-facing and back-of-house areas, including appropriate product levels and replenishment, assisting with inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom upkeep as needed.

Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures. Utilize visual techniques to maintain visual standards in line with Burberry's guidelines.
Encourage teamwork and a positive work environment.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
Establish meaningful connections with Clients.

Work by appointment to offer personalized service and cultivate relationships with our clients to enhance loyalty and drive additional purchases.

Attract new luxury clients to expand the individual and store client portfolio with a commercially focused mindset.

Promote client retention by ensuring regular contact and appropriate follow-up on sales or client inquiries.


PERSONAL PROFILE
A proven history of achieving sales and exceeding targets.
Prior experience in Clienteling.
A strong passion for fashion, art, and culture.
Extensive product knowledge and a solid understanding of retail operations.
Awareness of competitor offerings.
Experience working collaboratively within a team.
Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is preferred.
Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Individual sales performance and KPIs (Appointments, UPT, ATV & AUR).

  • Expected base salary for this role will range between $21.00 and $23.00 per hour at the start of employment. However, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors, including professional skills, knowledge, and experience. This position also includes commission earnings based on sales performance. The Company offers free shares after one year of service, equivalent to 500GBP, according to the terms of the share plan.
