Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team at Beacon Mobility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients to and from their destinations while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport clients to and from destinations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure vehicles are fueled and ready for use at all times
  • Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays to minimize impact on schedules
  • Use navigation applications to determine the best route and optimize travel time
  • Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and arrange for repairs as needed
  • Keep accurate records of mileage and repair history
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with navigation applications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
