Chromascan Operations Specialist, Chemical Manufacturing Expert

As a key member of our North America Chromascan team, you will play a critical role in improving regional operations and technical processes to enhance capacity, safety, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project activities, manage risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Support the modernization of tinting practices in the North America region, including software, dispensing techniques, and operational practices.
- Provide technical expertise to support the corporate and third-party logistics provider tint room network with emergency repairs and planned setup activities of production equipment.
- Identify and facilitate process improvement projects to align North America, South America, and the global region.
- Conduct compliance audits and distributor evaluations to drive results through our Continuous Improvement framework.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for North America Site Manager and vendors, supporting Latin America Partners with technical expertise.
- Promote health, safety, and environmental regulations by ensuring adherence to corporate, federal, state, and local requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate of Science in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2 years' technical experience in production and/or machinery manufacturing in a service-based operation.
- Cross-functional project management experience with the ability to lead team projects and knowledge of project management tools.
- Lean Six Sigma or Agile training required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable of database software (SQL, Azure) and Visio/Mapping software (CAD preferred).
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30% to include Canada and Latin America.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate to multiple levels and functions, including customers.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred.
