Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery
  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of a residency program in General Surgery
  • Active, unrestricted, and current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • DEA certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performing a wide range of general surgical procedures
