Sales Development Manager

GRT Rubber Technologies seeks a seasoned Sales Development Manager to drive growth in our sheet rubber business. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to expand our sheet rubber customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Represent GRT Rubber Technologies at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the sheet rubber industry.
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer relationship development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Working Conditions:
This role requires frequent travel to customer sites and industry events.
