Job Overview

GRT Rubber Technologies seeks a seasoned Sales Development Manager to drive growth in our sheet rubber business. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to expand our sheet rubber customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  4. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product development.
  6. Represent GRT Rubber Technologies at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the sheet rubber industry.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer relationship development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Working Conditions:

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites and industry events.
