- Step in to fulfill service responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels.
- Lead the resolution of complex issues and patient complaints.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.
Skills:
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities are essential. Must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing stress effectively.
Certifications:
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Licenses:
Must hold a valid license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy in the State of North Carolina.
Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience along with two (2) years of supervisory experience is required.
