Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and systems.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development, with the ability to adapt to changes and challenges in the manufacturing industry.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
