Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our esteemed team. As an SLP at Soliant, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in clients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support clients' communication goals
- Provide therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques and tools
- Maintain thorough records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to facilitate client success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input on speech and language goals
Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a school setting is a plus
