We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapy Assistant to join our team in Ridgefield, WA.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language concerns.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals and enhance their academic performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • Completion of a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) program accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • State licensure or certification as an SLPA, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
