Site Director

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a qualified Site Director to lead our Before and After School Program at various Prince William County Elementary Schools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with elementary children and a strong background in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Group Leaders and Group Leader Assistants to deliver engaging programs in fitness, arts, technology, and more.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train staff on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.
- Establish clubs that build on students' interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a CDA or 12 credit hours dedicated towards Early Childhood out of 48 credit hours.
- OR A Degree in a field related to Early Childhood or Medicine.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
- Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.
