Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and merchandising.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Participate in the hiring process, conduct new employee orientations, and provide ongoing training and coaching to staff members.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading a high-performing team.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence at all levels, and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be 21 years of age, and able to pass any applicable alcohol training class and maintain a current certification card.
