Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physical therapist
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify treatment goals and objectives
  • Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques and modalities
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Active California Physical Therapy Assistant license
  • BLS certification
  • Covid vaccine card
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 5 days a week
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days and evenings
