Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera Medical Group Family Medicine Yankton. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The RN is accountable for delivering high-quality direct patient care, monitoring the care provided by other ancillary personnel, and ensuring a positive health experience for patients. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory and accrediting agencies standards.

• Provide exceptional patient care and service
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Monitor and supervise the care provided by other ancillary personnel
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Graduate degree from an accredited Registered Nursing Education program
• 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Family Practice
• Current South Dakota RN License or multi-state privilege depending on location of clinic
• BLS Certification within 60 days of hire
