We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera@Home Yankton. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional nursing care to home and facility patients using a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or in facilities.
- Achieve positive outcomes for patients by promoting health and wellness through evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.
- Valid driver's license and insurability by Avera Health's automobile liability insurance carrier.
- Competitive hourly rate: $29.50 - $44.25 per hour.
- Potential for a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment.
