Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time adjunct instructor to provide instruction in traditional and non-traditional modalities, preparation of instructional materials, and assessment of student performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in college-level teaching, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.

Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in philosophy and ethics
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to the learning environment
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback
  • Work with different learning styles and abilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in philosophy or related discipline
  • 18 graduate credit hours in philosophy or Juris Doctorate
  • Experience in college-level teaching
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
