Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA HealthONE Swedish. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the State of Colorado or current RN compact license from another state for the 1st 180 days of employment.
  • Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required; ENPC and NRP certifications preferred.
  • 1-2 years of acute care/specialty nursing experience desired.
