We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care to achieve measurable, functional goals
  • Treat patients, answer their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes
  • Supervise aides when providing modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients, and assist with general setup and cleanup duties
  • Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals as needed
  • Determine when to discharge patients and ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements:
  • Masters in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license
  • Ability to work with electronic medical records systems
  • Understanding of Medicare, BCBSM, and other insurance billing regulations
  • Ability to achieve a reasonable level of productivity and meet company standards
