Infant Care Professional

The Learning Experience #147 is seeking an experienced and compassionate Infant Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our infant care team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum and promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in infants.
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure high-quality care and education for infants.
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred. At least six months of professional teaching experience required.
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aide certification preferred
