About the Opportunity
The Life Enrichment Professional at Bridgewell has the rewarding task of supporting individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities to live fulfilling lives. This role involves working in Level 2 residential programs, assisting with daily living skills, supervising, and promoting independence.

Main Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging activities to promote socialization, recreation, and leisure
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Identify and address areas for improvement in individualized plans
- Document all interactions and interventions according to regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies

Benefits and Compensation
