Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Conduct needs-based reviews to identify customer insurance needs and provide recommendations
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote State Farm products and services
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer service
