We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Policy Support Specialist to join our State Farm Insurance team. This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner. Your duties will include assisting customers with their insurance needs, processing policy changes and updates in our system, handling incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims, collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues, maintaining customer records, and staying up-to-date with insurance products and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their insurance needs by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Process policy changes and updates in our system.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with insurance products and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
