Sushi Chef

As a Sushi Chef at Marriott, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food products. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items and culinary programs. Your expertise in food preparation and presentation will be essential in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

• Lead the culinary team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation
• Develop and implement new menu items and culinary programs
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Train and develop culinary staff to achieve high performance standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the culinary industry preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
