Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and competent advice to customers, creating product orders that meet their needs.
  • Deliver customer-oriented actions, ensuring our service concept is consistently met.
  • Take ownership of product placement and promotional items in your sales area, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging customer experience.
  • Conduct price labeling and signage placement, maintaining a well-organized and easy-to-navigate sales environment.
  • Exercise decision-making authority within your scope, handling customer complaints and contributing ideas for product selection.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in retail, such as a retail merchant, salesperson, customer advisor, or trade professional (e.g., painter, decorator, interior designer, tiler, carpenter, or career changer from another industry).
  • A genuine interest in our product range, including laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tiles, and ideally experience in their application.
