Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this role is $64,000 - $74,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Job DescriptionAs a Staff Pharmacist at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in leading and directing our Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. You will be responsible for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy, including:
- Patient Safety
- Pharmacy Professional Practice
- Regulatory Requirements
- Quality Assurance
- Customer Service
- Personnel Management
- Inventory Management
- Financial Profitability
- Loss Prevention
- Workflow Management
You will also have the opportunity to identify critical business opportunities, contribute to the development of meaningful solutions, successfully implement those solutions, and adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
