Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum three years of primary care experience, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
  • National Board Certification and DEA registration.
