Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and health goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between providers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum three years of primary care experience, preferably in a similar setting.
- Active and unrestricted licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Current CPR (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- National Board Certification and DEA registration.
