We are seeking a person who can handle changing situations, one who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the durable medical equipment industry is not required but is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers in a medical equipment setting.
- Answer phone calls and communicate with insurance companies to resolve issues.
- Verify various types of insurance coverage for patients.
- Assist walk-in patients with their medical needs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical equipment setting.
- Ability to speak Arabic or Chaldean, although not required, is preferred.
- BOC certification is not required but is a plus.
