Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Froedtert South is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of a Radiologist, the Computed Tomography Technologist will be responsible for explaining exams, positioning patients, and capturing high-quality diagnostic images. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate department-specific equipment to perform routine and special exams/procedures
  • Administer medications in a timely and safe manner
  • Utilize proper protocols and positioning techniques to maximize image quality
  • Assist Radiologists/physicians with special image-guided procedures
  • Ensure exam rooms are set up according to department/physician protocols
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program
  • Licensure to practice as a Licensed Radiographer in the State of Wisconsin
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T.) registered in Radiography
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T.) – CT (preferred or required within 1 year of hire)
