Job Title: Senior Adult Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Adult Psychiatrist to join our team at Pulse Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, evaluating adults to understand their mental health challenges, and formulating individualised treatment plans tailored to each person's needs and goals.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments to understand the mental health challenges of adults in your care
* Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Oversee therapeutic interventions, including medication management and crisis interventions
* Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of individuals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimise care

Requirements:

* Full GMC licence to practice
* Relevant previous experience working in a similar position
* Section 12/RC approval is essential
* Approved clinician status is desired but not essential
