We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Psychiatrist Physician to join our team at Medicorp, Inc. in Virginia. As a key member of our In-Patient Behavioral Health Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a Board Certified Psychiatrist Physician to work within our In-Patient Behavioral Health Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide in-patient Behavioral Health Services through The Clearview Center, an adult, inpatient psychiatric unit.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with a Psych-Certified Nurse Practitioner, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed.
- Participate in educational services and family therapy sessions.
- Board Certification in Psychiatry.
- Virginia Medical License.
