Human Resources Coordinator

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of customer service and technical skills. As an HR Generalist at The Kraft Group, you will be responsible for providing support to employees, managers, and the HR team. Your primary focus will be on resolving HR-related issues and providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the employee and the organization.
- HR Operations: Manage the on-boarding process for new hires, including document management, drug screens, and employment verification. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Employee Support: Provide support to employees with HR-related issues, including payroll questions, benefits, and time-off requests. Ensure that all issues are resolved in a fair and equitable manner.
- Process and File Documents: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files, benefits, and payroll data.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, including process improvements and compliance initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, technical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
