KBR is seeking a Construction Project Services Engineer who, under general supervision, will oversee the daily operations of a specific project in alignment with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements endorsed by the organization.


The Construction Project Services Engineer will play a crucial role in formulating construction strategies and planning initiatives for project pre-FEED execution plans and estimates, as well as subsequent FEED execution plan development and estimates.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage a complete project valued between $7 to $15 million or bid packages within a larger project

Oversee and guide the daily activities of both the technical and administrative aspects of a project

Establish project setup and subcontracting strategies

Implement contract modifications

Maintain daily communication with owners, architects, and engineers

Foster relationships and communicate effectively with subcontractors

Conduct owner and internal reporting

Draft scopes and procedures in close collaboration with construction and engineering teams

Assist contractors by addressing their inquiries

Participate independently in technical meetings

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, ideally Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Over 10 years of directly related experience, with an average of 20 years

Demonstrated capability to manage a complete project valued between $7 to $15 million or bid packages within a larger project

Exceptional skills in procedure writing

Proficient in drafting scopes of work

Strong abilities in spreadsheet development

Knowledge in Decarbonization, Energy Transition, and Sustainability
