About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Legal Strategy and Advice: Provide strategic legal advice to our leadership team and other stakeholders on various business matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage complex contracts with customers, partners, and vendors, ensuring that our interests are protected and our business objectives are met.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection, securities, and employment laws.
  • Patent and Trademark Portfolio Management: Develop and implement strategies to protect our intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
  • Corporate Governance: Provide guidance on corporate governance matters, including board composition, executive compensation, and shareholder relations.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of legal services.
Requirements
  • JD from an Accredited Law School: A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.
  • Bar Admission: Admission to the bar in good standing is required.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business issues.
