Chick-fil-A Supply operates as a distribution service provider, exclusively focused on addressing the distinct needs of Chick-fil-A restaurants. We are in the initial phases of development, creating a dynamic and fast-paced work environment aimed at launching this new service to restaurants nationwide, and we seek the most qualified team members in our field to learn more about Chick-fil-A Supply.

Schedule:
Monday through Saturday from 4 AM - 9 PM until the work is completed:
4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)

The schedule will be assigned based on business requirements, and flexibility is essential during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Pay:
Starting at $20.75 per hour

Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Warehouse Specialist, you are a key contributor to the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Efficiency and Organization:
You will be actively engaged in unloading, staging, picking, and loading products.

Safety First:
You will safely operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Communication and Care:
You will connect with care to everyone you encounter.

Minimum Qualifications:

Extreme Temperature:
You will work in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) to ensure food safety.

Heavy Weights:
You will reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally, you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not mandatory, and prior work in food distribution is advantageous.
