Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion Resident Care:
    • Guide our exceptional care team to ensure the highest standards of compassionate and professional service, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance our care practices, from medication management to staff training.
    • Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and the surrounding community.
  • Support Your Team:
    • Inspire and motivate our care team, cultivating a supportive and family-like environment.
    • Ensure all team members are up-to-date with their training and compliant with regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (preferred).
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia.
  • A minimum of four years of leadership experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing environments.
  • A degree in a related field is advantageous, or an Associate's degree with relevant coursework.
  • Demonstrated history of providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
  • A genuine passion for working with seniors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
