Salary$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Onsite Resident Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for our residents. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with residents, responding to their needs, and ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. You will also be responsible for managing our resident programs, marketing efforts, and financial operations. Additionally, you will oversee a team of employees and ensure that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven track record of success in resident experience management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Yardi property management software a plus
