Job Title: Charge RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge RN to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care in our Neurovascular unit.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of nurses in providing patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
