Job Title: RN Charge - Respiratory Cardiac Care Unit

Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a skilled RN Charge to join our Respiratory Cardiac Care Unit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our nursing staff.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Charge to lead our Respiratory Cardiac Care Unit team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and excellent leadership skills. If you are a motivated and dedicated nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and leadership to our nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year of Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
