Medical Science Liaison Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional with advanced clinical/science degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) and at least 5 years of relevant experience in Oncology/Hematology. Your expertise should include knowledge or experience in Hematology, specifically lymphoma and/or multiple myeloma. The ideal candidate has established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in malignant hematology and is knowledgeable about treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, and EU pharma regulations/compliant practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and maintain key medical and therapeutic area experts, investigator targets, and associated action plans.
- Establish and nurture peer relationships with KOLs in Hematological Malignancies, reporting medical insights.
- Act as primary clinical and scientific resource for HCPs in the territory.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must hold an advanced clinical/science degree and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in Oncology/Hematology. You should possess knowledge or experience in Hematology, with a preference for lymphoma and/or multiple myeloma, and have established relationships with KOLs in malignant hematology. Additionally, you should have drug launch experience and be knowledgeable about treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, and EU pharma regulations/compliant practices. You are expected to work independently without requiring close supervision while adhering to compliance/regulatory policies. Frequent business travel (up to 70% of the time) is required, including air travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekend trips. The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$150,000 per year.
