We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Equipment Supervisor.

In this role, you will manage a dedicated team responsible for ensuring that manufacturing equipment operates with minimal interruptions and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute preventative and routine maintenance for all equipment
  • Maintain, document, and regularly update service records
  • Diagnose and resolve immediate equipment issues as they arise
  • Develop and implement checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all machinery
  • Establish SOPs to maintain equipment at peak efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and cGMP standards
  • Oversee general management duties, including scheduling, upholding company policies, and providing training support to team members
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and listening abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Technological proficiency, particularly with Google Workspace
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a machinery technician role
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with hand and power tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Capability to lift 60 lbs or more
  • Comfortable working around various agricultural products (non-allergic)
