Job Description:
As a Data Entry Clerk at Seronda Network, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining important company data. This position is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of our digital infrastructure. You'll work with different teams to ensure data accuracy, provide administrative support, and help generate reports as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update large volumes of data into internal systems accurately.
  • Verify and correct any discrepancies in data entries.
  • Maintain data integrity and perform routine data quality checks.
  • Prepare data reports and summaries as requested by team leaders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and managing data records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company data.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.
