About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Executive Underwriter to join our team and take on a senior leadership role. As a Middle Market Senior/Executive Underwriter, you will be responsible for developing, growing, and maintaining a profitable, diversified book of business through marketing, underwriting decision-making, building mutually beneficial agent/broker relationships, and establishing a market-facing leadership presence.

Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for an experienced underwriter who has a proven track record of success in underwriting and leadership roles. You should have a strong analytical ability to evaluate and judge underwriting risks, competence with all phases and aspects of the underwriting process, and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques. Proven ability to develop and implement necessary underwriting and administrative processes/workflows to properly manage complex technical underwriting issues.
