Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Servers in providing top-notch service to guests, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Prepare sections to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow CoSM's Pillars of Service to deliver exceptional fan satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Engage with guests, coworkers, and managers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Ensure each guest is taken care of from arrival to departure.
- Stay knowledgeable about CoSM's products, services, promotions, and events.
- Adhere to State Liquor laws and Company policies regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
- Participate in ongoing food, bar, and service trainings.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
- Minimize china and glass breakage.
- Rotate and stock coolers with the required products and amounts.
- Work a variety of shifts, including late hours, holidays, and weekends.
- Exhibit friendly and outgoing behavior towards guests, management, and fellow team members.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Demonstrate good time management and communication skills.
- Follow Company and state safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Occasional kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Seldom climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.
Requirements:
- Previous bussing or food delivery experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and basic writing skills.
- Food handlers' card and state recognized responsible alcohol certification.
- Must be of legal age to deliver alcohol in accordance with local and state laws.
