Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for creating immersive experiences for our guests while working with the kitchen to coordinate orders in a timely manner. You must be passionate about the food and beverage industry and have excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all orders are prepared according to the ticket with any special instructions completed.
  • Ensure the order presentation is up to CoSM standards and expectations.
  • Consistently arrive to work as scheduled, prepared to assume shift responsibilities.
  • Consistently arrive to work well-groomed and in proper uniform.
  • Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage menus, specials, seasonal beers and drinks.
  • Follow all CoSM's Pillars of Service for each fan as outlined in the training materials.
  • Focus on a one-team approach by helping other team members to ensure fan satisfaction.
  • Engage fans, coworkers, and managers with a positive, friendly, professional approach during all interactions.
  • Be knowledgeable of the Company's products, services, current promotions, and recurring events.
  • Willingly, and with a positive attitude, follow direction of all supervisors, including additional requests for side work, cleaning, etc.
  • Follow State Liquor laws and Company policies regarding the service of any alcoholic beverage and enforcement of ordinances and laws.
  • Attend all on-going food, bar, or service trainings, when scheduled.
  • Comply with, and support, all policies set forth by the CoSM employee handbook and training manuals.
  • Keep china/glass breakage to a minimum.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, based on the need volume of the operation (late hours, holidays, weekend, etc.).
  • Must consistently be friendly and outgoing toward fans, management, and fellow team members.
  • Must work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrate good time management skills and communication skills.
  • Follow Company and state safety guidelines to provide a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous serving experience required, preferably in a fast-paced full-service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
  • Food handlers' card and state recognized responsible alcohol certification.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local and state laws.
  • Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Will be occasionally kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Will seldom be sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.
