As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, teaching, and research opportunities.

About the Role

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit, a state-of-the-art 28-bed unit with advanced monitoring capabilities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including endovascular surgeons, vascular neurosurgeons, and stroke neurologists.
  • Participate in clinical trials and protocols, and contribute to the development of new research initiatives.
  • Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and students in the Department of Neurological Sciences.
  • Contribute to the academic mission of Rush University, including research, publication, and presentation.

Requirements

  • Board certification or eligibility in Neurocritical Care.
  • Completion of a UCNS-accredited, two-year neurocritical care fellowship.
  • Eligibility for faculty appointment in Rush Medical College at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor.
