Inbound Expert

We're seeking an Inbound Expert to join our team, responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities, and delivering on sales goals. As an Inbound Expert, you'll work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
• Observe and respond to guest needs, using body language and verbal cues to tailor your approach
• Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store, and provide solutions to guest issues
• Thank guests in a genuine way and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target
• Execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, including unloading schedule times
• Stock, backstock, and zone product on sales floor
• Maintain sales floor instocks for GM categories
• Operate power equipment only if certified, and partner with leader if certification is needed
• Work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage all defectives and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
• Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others, identifying and correcting hazards, and complying with all safety policies and best practices
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive up, maintaining a compliance culture while executing those duties

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
