Inbound Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Expert to join our team at Target. As an Inbound Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have a seamless shopping experience by receiving, stocking, and merchandising products on our sales floor.

• Receive and process incoming merchandise, including unloading and stocking products on the sales floor
• Ensure accurate and efficient sorting and stocking operations to meet sales floor needs
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and rotating merchandise
• Provide exceptional guest service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales floor goals and objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
