We are seeking a Community Programs Coordinator to enhance our Community Programs team, which is committed to delivering equitable, culturally sensitive, and community-led food security initiatives.

You recognize that community engagement is essential to our mission of eradicating hunger. As a proficient program coordinator and relationship builder, you effectively represent Food Lifeline's values and expectations to our partners and the communities we serve. Your enthusiasm for connecting with communities that are most affected by hunger is evident. Above all, you are motivated each day to leverage your expertise in fostering a movement aimed at ending hunger.
Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $28 to $32, accompanied by comprehensive benefits, including employer-sponsored medical coverage for employees and their children, dental and vision insurance, employer-funded basic life insurance, long and short-term disability, a company match for 403(b) retirement plans, and generous paid time off, which includes parental leave.

This is a full-time, hybrid role.
