Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mitigation Technician to join our team at Southeast Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting in the mitigation of water damage, restoring properties, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the assessment and mitigation of water damage to properties
  • Restore properties to their pre-loss condition
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
  • Work collaboratively with the restoration team to achieve project goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. construction, restoration, emergency services)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
