We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Parker. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and producing accurate diagnostic images.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic radiology procedures, ensuring safety for patients and staff.
- Produce high-quality images in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare patients for exams, providing information and instruction as needed.
- Assist patients during exams, positioning them as required.
- Observe patients and equipment during procedures, reporting any unusual occurrences.
- Facilitate smooth patient flow, scheduling, and optimal use of equipment/resources.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Registered Technologist, Radiology - R.T. (R) (ARRT).
- Current Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
- Bone Density certification preferred within 6 months of hire, if applicable.
